Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage.
Analyze source-to-target mappings and business requirements.
Build scalable data integration workflows.
Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities.
Optimize job performance and data processing efficiency.
Troubleshoot ETL failures and resolve production issues.
Monitor data loads and ensure data quality standards.
Work with Business Analysts, Data Architects, and DBAs.
Create technical documentation and deployment plans.
Support production releases and post-deployment activities.
Implement data validation and reconciliation processes.
