Position: Duty Manager

Eligibility:
Age: 23–30years
Background: Hospitality / Retail / Entertainment
Essential Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience: 2–5 years (Supervisory / Executive level)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cinema operations & show scheduling
Manage POS, billing, cash handling & reconciliations
Handle customer queries, complaints & conflict resolution
Lead and supervise on-ground teams across departments
Ensure SOP compliance, safety & service standards
Manage inventory, stock audits & F&B; operations
Prepare daily operational reports (MS Office)

Compensation & Shifts:
CTC: ₹23,000 – ₹28,000
Rotational shifts
