Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers.
Coordinate with customers regarding solar installation projects.
Follow up on quotations, bookings, payments, documentation, and installation schedules.
Coordinate with the sales, engineering, and installation teams.
Keep customers updated about project progress.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and CRM/database updates.
Follow up with customers after installation for feedback and support.




Prepare regular customer follow-up and status reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales coordination, or a related field preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Malayalam.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Valuable follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with experience in the solar industry will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
