Telecaller – Position: Telecaller Executive Department: Sales / Marketing Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain company products/services clearly. Generate and follow up on leads. Handle customer enquiries and objections politely. Maintain customer details and call records. Schedule callbacks and appointments. Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets. Share daily work updates with the team leader.
Requirements: Valuable communication skills. Malayalam and basic English/Hindi preferred. Basic computer knowledge. Positive listening and customer-handling skills. Freshers can apply;
experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
