Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Industry: Civil Construction / Contractor Firm
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with robust hands-on experience in building construction. The candidate should be capable of independently handling construction sites and managing complete site execution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing and other building works.
Manage and coordinate site manpower and subcontractors.
Plan daily work and monitor project progress.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and required quality standards.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure availability at site.
Check measurements and work quantities.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors and management.
Maintain daily progress and site records.
Identify and resolve site execution issues.
Required Skills & Experience
10 years of relevant experience in building construction.
Experience with civil construction contractor firms is mandatory.
Should have independently handled construction sites/projects.
Robust knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Ability to understand civil drawings and specifications.
Positive manpower and subcontractor handling skills.
Practical knowledge of construction materials, methods and quality standards.
