We are seeking Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Engineers to design, develop and support Dynamics 365 solutions powering field services, operational workflows and customer journeys.
This is a multi-hire prospect aligned with a growing Dynamics 365 Field Service landscape, requiring solid hands-on expertise across Power Platform.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, delivery-focused and comfortable collaborating across cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile workplace.workplace.
Role & responsibilities
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet evolving business requirements
Design and tailor workflows and business processes to optimize operational efficiency
Build Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
Implement and support Dynamics 365 Field Service capabilities
Administer Dynamics 365 settings including security, access and configuration
Manage release planning and coordinate deployments across settings
Support production operations, incident resolution and platform stability
Develop and maintain APIs to enable robust system integrations
Collaborate with Product, Architecture and QA teams within an Agile delivery framework
