We are looking for an experienced and skilled DCDP – South Indian to join our Food Production team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining quality, hygiene and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes according to standard recipes
Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation
Assist in menu preparation and daily food production
Monitor food quality, freshness and portion control
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Monitor and minimize food wastage

Requirements
Previous experience as a DCDP or in a similar position in a hotel/resort
Robust knowledge of South Indian cuisine
Valuable knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and hygiene standards
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
