Position: CS Trainee
Location: Patna, Bihar
Work Mode: In-person
Experience: Fresher / CS Executive pursuing or qualified
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in ROC/MCA filings and statutory compliances
Maintain corporate records and registers
Assist in Board/General Meeting documentation
Legal & regulatory research and drafting
Support the Company Secretary in day-to-day compliance work
Stipend: depending on interview performance and candidate profile. Location: Patna, Bihar | Work from Office (In-person)
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
