Job Summary
We are looking for a Charge Posting Executive with experience in US Medical Billing/Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) . The candidate will be responsible for accurate charge entry, reviewing medical billing information, and ensuring charges are correctly posted into the billing system.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate charge entry/charge posting for US healthcare clients.
Review patient and medical service information before posting charges.
Work with CPT, ICD-10,
HCPCS codes and modifiers .
Analyze charges received through documents, electronic files, or billing systems.
Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
Identify and correct charge discrepancies.
Maintain accuracy and productivity as per process requirements.
Follow HIPAA, quality, SLA and TAT guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.
Maintain proper documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
