We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to manage and grow our travel agency’s online presence and generate qualified leads for flights, holiday packages, hotels, visas, and other travel services. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp marketing, SEO, and lead generation, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for travel products and services. Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads.

Manage Google

Ads, including Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns. Generate high-quality leads through paid and organic marketing.

Develop campaigns for: International & domestic flight tickets Holiday packages Hotel bookings Visa services Travel insurance Group and customized tours Manage Instagram and Facebook pages, including content planning and posting. Create and coordinate engaging marketing creatives, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.

Manage

WhatsApp lead campaigns and improve lead-to-booking conversion. Track campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI. Conduct audience research and competitor analysis. Perform keyword research and implement basic SEO strategies.





Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile. Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console. Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommend improvements.

Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.

Required Skills Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Google Ads expertise Instagram & Facebook marketing Lead generation and conversion optimization WhatsApp marketing SEO fundamentals Google Analytics / Search Console Canva or similar design tools Basic video/reel editing skills Robust analytical and reporting skills Good understanding of travel-industry customer behavior Preferred Experience Experience in travel agencies, airlines, hotels, visa/immigration companies, tourism, or hospitality will be preferred. Candidates who have previously generated leads for flight bookings, holiday packages, or visa services will have an advantage.
