About the Client:

A UAE-based company and one of the leading manufacturing firms in the Middle East, offering a diverse range of industrial, commercial, and specialty products.

Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive sales, revenue, market share, and profitable growth across India.
Lead the sales and distribution network, setting targets and driving performance across regions, channels, products, and key accounts.
Oversee pricing, margins, profitability, customer relationships, and commercial controls to maximize business performance.
Identify current market and business development prospects, strengthen the brand and market presence, and lead the commercial team toward strategic objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,



Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; MBA/postgraduate qualification preferred.
Minimum 12 years of sales and commercial experience, with paints/coatings industry experience mandatory.
With proven experience in a senior commercial/sales leadership role, managing large sales operations and driving revenue, volume, and profitability growth.
Strong expertise in dealer/distributor networks, channel management, market expansion, pricing, key accounts, and leading geographically dispersed teams; Robust understanding of the Indian market and regional distribution dynamics.
