Role & Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze MIS reports , dashboards, and management presentations.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial and business performance.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data used for reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection, validation, and reporting.
Support statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Support IFRS 17 reporting , financial closing, and month-end/year-end activities.
Participate in finance process improvement and automation initiatives.

Experience: CA- Fresher
Skills: Financial Analysis & Variance Analysis, Advanced MS Excel Financial Modeling Financial Accounting & Reconciliations
