Experience in Fieldwork, Customs clearance, Direct port clearance, CFS, & Stuffing
Experience in CFS and warehouse operations
Knowledge in Logistics Management, Customer Service, Transportation Operation, Warehousing Operation, Record Management and Distribution.
CHA - Clearing process knowledge is must
Closely follow up with the customer service team to close daily retrieval and timely submission of reports to the customer.
Demonstrate teamwork in cross-functional teams to resolve issues mingling with Air and Sea operations and deliver breakthrough improvements consistently with best demonstrated practices.
H card is must

Responsibilities and Duties
Consistent & prompt communication with CSE and Operation Manager
Provide presentable communications with clients and customer and provide them the desired level of service in answering their queries.
Perform filing and documentation issues as prescribed for them,



and provide with vital assistance in keep records and following up status for under-processing shipments.
Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time to the CSE / Immediate operation supervisor/ Direct Manager
Organize and coordinate the formalities regarding the clearing of cargo or shipments at the port.

Key Skills 3 - 10 years, CHA, Freight forwarding domain, Any degree, DG Cargo, Clearance, AQ, PQ, Direct port experience, H Card
