The LHR Group is an executive search firm that has spent close to two decades placing senior leaders across Indian companies.

Our founder has built a strong voice on hiring, careers and the Indian talent market, and we want to take that voice much further on Instagram and Facebook.

You'll work directly with the founder out of our Noida office, with no layers in between. You'll see your work go live quickly and see its impact on the business. If you want to build a strong portfolio around personal branding and B2B/careers content, this is a positive place to do it.

We're looking for someone who likes doing the work. This is an execution role. You'll be shooting, editing, posting, boosting and following up, not writing decks about what someone else should do.

What you'll do
Create original content for Instagram and Facebook (and some long form for YT), mainly Reels and posts, from idea to script to shoot to edit to publish
Turn the founder's conversations, opinions, podcast clips and market commentary into short-form content that people actually stop scrolling for
Run boosts and small Meta ad campaigns on a modest monthly budget,

deciding which posts to push, setting up audiences, and keeping an eye on what's giving us results
Find and manage collaborations with creators, career coaches, HR voices and relevant brands, including outreach, coordination and tracking
Keep a content calendar running and stay consistent week after week
Watch what's trending in the careers and hiring space and adapt it quickly for our pages

Who we're looking for
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing Instagram or Facebook pages for a brand, agency or creator
You can shoot and edit Reels yourself (CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere or similar) and you have a portfolio to show us
Some hands-on experience boosting posts or running basic Meta ad campaigns, and a transparent sense of what you'd do differently next time
Comfortable on camera with others, and comfortable telling the founder "this take didn't work, let's do it again"
Good written English and Hindi for captions and hooks
Rapid, organised, and fine with a small team where you own your output
