Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage product listings and day-to-day operations across major e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
Create and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, sizes, colors, and product attributes.
Ensure products are listed with accurate and complete information as per marketplace guidelines.
Manage product catalogs, SKUs, inventory, pricing, and stock availability.
Process and monitor online orders, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for timely order fulfillment.
Monitor product visibility, sales performance, ratings, reviews, and customer feedback.
Identify and resolve listing errors, catalog issues, and marketplace-related problems.
Coordinate promotional offers, discounts,



and marketplace campaigns.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce sales and performance reports.
Ensure timely updates of product information and inventory across all marketplaces.

Required Skills
1–3 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce/Marketplace Operations.
Practical experience in Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra product listing.
Good knowledge of catalog management, SKU management, inventory, and order processing.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in Textile, Fashion, Apparel, or Lifestyle E-Commerce will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,796.86 - ₹20,000.00 per month
