Las Hermanas, a premium Goan Mexican restaurant on wheels concept (Food Truck) looking for Commi II who will be responsible for preparing and cooking while maintaining quality, hygiene, and consistency in a quick-paced food truck workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients (cutting, chopping, marinating, portioning).
Cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
Assist in food assembly and order execution during service.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck and prep kitchen.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP/FSSAI guidelines.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.
Receive, store, label, and rotate stock.
Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, ovens, and induction units.
Support opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and equipment checks.
Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control.
Assist during catering events, festivals, and outdoor service operations.
Work effectively under pressure during peak service hours.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
