GWON Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst to collect, organize, clean, analyze, and maintain company data. The candidate will prepare reports, track KPIs, identify trends, and provide accurate information to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and maintain company data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
Maintain accurate and updated records.
Check data for errors, duplicates, and missing information.
Prepare Excel reports, charts, and dashboards.
Track KPIs and department performance.
Analyze customer, property, marketing, and operational data.
Coordinate with different departments to collect required data.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Master in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience; freshers with relevant skills are welcome.




Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel.
Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and data cleaning.
Knowledge of Google Sheets is an advantage.
Knowledge of Power BI or SQL is preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work with confidential information.

Preferred
Certification in Data Analytics, Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Business Analytics.
Experience in MIS, reporting, CRM, business analysis, property management, or real estate data is an advantage.
