E-Commerce: Website management, product listings, orders, payments, inventory coordination.
Social Media: Instagram/Facebook management, content posting, basic Canva work, campaign coordination and reporting.
Delivery Partners: Courier coordination, shipment tracking, RTO management, reconciliation of delivered/returned orders.
Accounts: Sales and purchase entries, expenses, invoices, payment follow-up, bank/UPI reconciliation and basic bookkeeping. E-Commerce Reconciliation: Reconcile website/Amazon/Flipkart/other online sales with payment settlements, deductions, returns and refunds.
MIS: Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering online sales, expenses, receivables, delivery performance and digital marketing expenditure.
Coordination: Work with the production, warehouse, sales and management teams.
