Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role located in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, search, and online advertising, to promote Wipronix’s AI and enterprise solutions.

Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to track and report on key metrics. The specialist will collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align messaging, target the right audiences,



and support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. The role also involves staying up to date with digital marketing trends and proposing data-backed improvements to campaigns and overall online presence.

Qualifications
Solid skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and running multi-channel campaigns.
Hands-on expertise in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, posting, engagement, and community management.
Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is beneficial.
Experience working with technology or AI-focused products is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in office in Mohali and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
