Chef Requirements – VitaEats Kitchen
Experience in preparing salads, wraps, bowls and smoothies
Good knowledge of Paneer and Chicken preparation
Basic knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine
Ability to maintain portion control and recipe consistency
Solid focus on hygiene and food safety
Must be disciplined in following recipe cards and kitchen SOPs
Experience in a cloud kitchen, QSR, healthy food kitchen or café will be an advantage
Ability to work efficiently in a small, quick-paced kitchen
Should be responsible for pre-preparation, cooking, plating and packing as per VitaEats standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
