Role Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel for the Principal, ensuring optimal time allocation across stakeholder engagements, school visits, and strategic reviews.
Prepare briefing materials, presentation decks, and executive summaries for school board meetings, parent forums, and regional education authorities.
Act as a liaison between the Principal and internal departments (academics, admin, HR, finance) and external partners (vendors, inspectors, government bodies).
Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and compliance deliverables tied to CBSE norms, school ratings, and academic calendars.
Manage confidential correspondence, document workflows,



and record retention systems aligned with school governance standards.
Support special projects-school events, accreditation prep, policy rollouts-with end-to-end coordination and project tracking.
