Department

Position: Technical Production & sale Support The employee will be responsible for handling both Technical Sales activities and Technical/Product activities.
Technical Sales Responsibilities

Understand customer product and application requirements.
Handle customer enquiries, samples approval
Regularly follow up with work orders.
sale team with meetings, product discussions and trials.
Maintain product and follow-up records.
Work towards the company’s monthly targets.
Develop current die and product
Technical & Production Responsibilities
Understand customer drawings, samples, dimensions and applications.




Coordinate current product/profile development with the production team.
Support customers in product selection and fitting/application.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams regarding customer requirements.
Follow up on sample development and trial results.
Assist in resolving customer complaints related to dimensions, hardness, fitting, surface finish and product quality.
Provide technical feedback from customers to the production team.
Support improvement and development of existing products
