Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Services Executive to handle customer enquiries, sales queries, complaints, and after-sales support for our IoT products. The role will be the first point of contact for customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Verify customer and device details and classify enquiries appropriately.
Handle sales enquiries regarding product features, variants, and approved pricing.
Record leads, enquiries, and complaints accurately in the CRM.
Provide first-level troubleshooting for mobile apps, connectivity, SIM, dashboards, and alerts.
Register service complaints and coordinate with technical/field teams for resolution.
Follow up on open tickets, installations, and dispatches until closure.
Make outbound calls for lead follow-ups, AMC/subscription renewals, payment reminders, and customer surveys.




Maintain accurate customer records and call logs while ensuring data privacy.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on call volume, open tickets, resolution status, and turnaround time.
Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to the relevant teams.

Requirements
Any Bachelor’s degree.
1–2 years of experience in customer support or call centre operations.
Experience with electronics, telecom, GPS tracking, or IoT products will be preferred.
Fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
Valuable telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Basic understanding of mobile applications and IoT products.
Working knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Valuable communication, patience, and empathy.
