Relevant Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Education, or related industries
Candidates should have robust experience in Franchise/Dealer Appointment, Channel Management, Business Development, and Team Management
8–10+ years of team-handling experience is preferred

Job Responsibilities
Identify and appoint new franchisees across the assigned region.
Drive new admissions and increase children's registrations through franchisees.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing franchisees.




Retain and grow existing business and student base.
Manage, motivate and develop the team to achieve business targets.
Drive business growth and improve profitability across the region.
Monitor franchisee performance and support them in achieving their targets.
Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies for regional growth.
Conduct regular reviews with franchisees and team members.
Ensure effective execution of business plans across the assigned territory.

Team & Business Responsibility
Franchisees to be managed: 60+
Team size: 7 members
Travel: Extensive travel within Maharashtra, including Pune, Western Maharashtra, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Kalyan
