Cancellation & Refund Executive – Bengaluru

We are hiring Cancellation & Refund Executives for a full-time, on-site role in Koramangala 3rd Block, Bengaluru. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, real estate, cancellation/refund processing, customer support, or related roles can apply.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer cancellation and refund requests.
Explain cancellation procedures, deductions, and refund timelines.
Verify booking details, documents, and payment information.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Management teams.
Follow up on pending approvals and refund cases.




Maintain records in CRM and Excel.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Track cancellation and refund cases until final closure.

Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
Experience in customer service, CRM, real estate, BPO, refunds, cancellations, or case management is preferred.
Valuable communication skills in English and Kannada.
