Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates should have excellent spoken and written English communication.
Should be confident while interacting with customers.
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 in hand+ 1.5k night shift allowance, depending on interview/performance.
For Experienced Candidates
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required.
Documented experience is mandatory.
Experience in voice, chat or blended customer support processes will be considered.
Blended Process: Voice + Chat
Salary: Up to ₹24,000 CTC,
depending on experience and interview performance.

Candidates comfortable with both voice and chat interactions
