We’re Hiring – Customer Experience Executives!

We are looking for candidates with TOP-NOTCH English Communication Skills for a Voice & Chat Customer Support Process in Lucknow.

Location: Hazratganj, Lucknow

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Process: Voice Chat

Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available

Age Limit: 18–32 years For Freshers
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates should have excellent spoken and written English communication.
Should be confident while interacting with customers.
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 in hand 1.5k night shift allowance, depending on interview/performance.

For Experienced Candidates
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required.
Documented experience is mandatory.
Experience in voice, chat or blended customer support processes will be considered.
Blended Process: Voice Chat
Salary: Up to ₹24,000 CTC,



depending on experience and interview performance.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent / Top-notch English communication skills – mandatory
Strong verbal and written communication
Clear pronunciation and valuable conversational ability
Qualified attitude and willingness to work from the office
Candidates comfortable with both voice and chat interactions

Significant: This role requires strong English communication. Candidates with only basic or non-fluent English communication may not be considered.
