Reporting of costing profitability segment-wise / product-wise/ customer-wise on monthly/periodic basis.
Analysis, and reporting of MIS reports and dashboards to support effective decision-making and business performance monitoring.
Performed detailed analysis and present actionable insight to management
Identify and explain key variances (Actual v/s. budget)

Budging and Planning
Prepare annual budget and long-term financial plans
Co-ordinate with cross functional teams for input.
Align financial plan and business objectives.

Cost control and optimisation
Track and monitor cost elements
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements

Data Analysis and insights
Analyse large database, (financial + operational) to identify trend and pattern.
Convert raw data into meaningful insights for business performance improvement




Develop predictive insights for revenue, cost and profitability

Monthly Review Meeting presentation and insights
Preparation, analysis and presentation of financial and operation performance insights during Monthly Review Meeting
Ensure accuracy, consistency and clarity in financial data and KPI.

Candidate Profile
Robust financial analysis and business acumen
Knowledge of ERP/SAP, and BI tools
Financial Analysis and reporting skills
ERP proficiency Experience with SAP modules, BI, Power BI
Ability to identify process improvement and automation prospects in MIS and implementation
Education - Chartered Accountant Preferred / MBA Finance/ ICMA with Minimum 13+ years of post-qualification experience
