Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain three‑statement financial models (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow).
Build valuation models (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions).
Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to test assumptions.
Analyze financial data, KPIs, and market trends to inform projections.
Prepare and present financial reports and insights to management and stakeholders.
Support M&A; activities through accretion/dilution, LBO, and integration models.
Validate and update existing models to reflect current business conditions.
Identify risks and prospects using detailed financial simulations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather inputs and verify assumptions.

Required Skills and Competencies
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA).
Robust understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
Knowledge of valuation techniques (DCF, IRR, NPV).
Ability to interpret large datasets and extract insights.
Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization.
Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail.
