Job Summary

Mayura Packaging Private Limited is looking for a Dispatch Assistant to support our dispatch and logistics operations at our Palladam manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing environment and be capable of coordinating dispatch activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans and related records.
Coordinate with the Production, Stores, Sales and Transport teams for smooth dispatch operations.
Check quantity, product details and packing condition before dispatch.
Arrange vehicles and coordinate with drivers / transporters for timely loading and delivery.
Maintain dispatch registers,



stock movement records and delivery documents.
Ensure proper loading and documentation as per customer requirements.
Track dispatched materials and follow up on delivery status.
Support inventory and warehouse coordination whenever required.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all dispatch activities.
Follow company safety, quality and operational procedures.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Warehouse / Stores operations.
Experience in a Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics coordination.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
