Dispatch Coordinator – Ocean21, Santacruz West

Ocean21 – The Gourmet Co. is looking for a responsible and organised Dispatch Coordinator for our office in Santacruz West, Mumbai.

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full time, In-person

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai

Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily customer orders and dispatches
Check orders and quantities before dispatch
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery staff
Prepare and maintain dispatch records
Handle invoices, delivery challans and basic documentation
Track deliveries and follow up on pending orders
Coordinate with customers regarding delivery status
Maintain dispatch information in Excel
Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Comfortable using WhatsApp and email
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
Candidates residing in Santacruz, Khar, Bandra, Vile Parle, Andheri or nearby areas preferred

Food, FMCG, distribution or logistics experience will be an advantage. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
