Role Brief

We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder & CEO at Chtrbox. This is a high-impact role focused on driving strategic priorities, solving critical gaps, and accelerating growth . You’ll act as an extension of the founder-combining strategy with hands-on execution.

This role reports to the MD and CEO, Mr. Raj Mishra (Ex Country Head, TikTok)

Roles and Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Founder on key decisions, priorities,



and strategy
Drive high-impact, cross-functional projects focused on growth and expansion
Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
Identify organizational and execution gaps, and step in to solve them
Bring structure to ambiguous problems and ensure solid follow through
Lead special projects and 0→1 initiatives from concept to execution.
Define KPIs, OKRs, and performance frameworks

What We’re Looking For
5–7 years in consulting, startups, or strategy roles
Robust problem solver with a bias for action
Able to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes independently
Excellent communicator with robust stakeholder management skills
High ownership, discretion, and execution focus
