We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team at our Jalandhar office.

Job Summary The Office Assistant will handle documentation, data entry and general administrative work, helping our professional team run smoothly. The role suits someone who is comfortable working on a computer, organised, and eager to learn in a professional office.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, type and format letters, reports and other documents in MS Word
Enter, update and maintain data accurately in MS Excel
Prepare simple Excel reports, lists and summaries as required
Maintain and organise client files and records, both digital and physical
Handle scanning, printing and filing of documents
Coordinate with team members and assist with day-to-day office tasks




Keep information confidential and follow office processes

Requirements
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word (mandatory)
Knowledge of other MS Office tools such as PowerPoint and Outlook will be an added advantage
BA or MA graduates will be preferred
Basic typing speed with good accuracy
Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi
Attention to detail and a responsible attitude
