Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Chinese Commis 2 Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist the senior chefs in preparing Chinese cuisine while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chinese Chef and senior kitchen staff in daily food preparation.
Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, noodles, rice, and meats.
Prepare Chinese dishes according to standard recipes and instructions.
Maintain proper taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.




Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff during busy service hours.
Follow portion control and food safety standards.
Support the Commis 1 and senior chefs whenever required.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
Knowledge of basic Chinese cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
Positive hygiene and food-safety practices.
