Work Model: Full-Time | In-Person

Schedule: 5 Days | Day Shifts | Operational Window: 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM

Experience: 0–2 Years | BPO experience preferred

Compensation: ₹2–4 LPA

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, maintaining service quality, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and respond to emails/chat queries.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet CSAT, quality, productivity, SLA and TAT targets.
Deliver consistent and high-quality customer service.

Ability to work towards call-centre metrics and targets.
Willingness to work rotational day shifts.
HSC or Graduate in any discipline.
International BPO / voice / chat / email support experience is an advantage.
