Position: Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹28,000 - ₹32,000 per month

Qualification: 12th Pass or above

Shift: Rotational Night Shift

Week Off: Rotational

JOB ROLE: You will handle calls from international customers.

Your work will include
Speaking with customers over the phone
Understanding their queries and concerns
Providing the correct information
Helping customers with their requests
Handling calls politely and professionally
Following the required process and company guidelines

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

WHO CAN APPLY:
12th Pass or above
Freshers can apply
Experienced candidates from BPO, customer support, customer care or voice process can apply
Excellent spoken English is required
Good listening and customer handling skills
Comfortable with rotational night shifts




Comfortable with rotational week offs
Immediate joiners are preferred

SALARY & FACILITIES:
Salary: ₹28,000 - ₹32,000 per month

Assessment Round

Process-related assessment.

Candidates who explicit all required rounds will be selected for the next joining process.

JOINING & DOCUMENTATION: Selected candidates will join within 1 week of selection.

Documentation and joining formalities will also be completed during this one-week period.

Candidates should keep their required documents ready.
