Manassanthi Hospital's upcoming psychiatric clinic in Malappuram town is looking for a compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Social Worker (PSW) to join our team at our upcoming clinic in Malappuram Town.
Key Responsibilities
Provide counselling and psychosocial support to patients and their families.
Conduct psychosocial assessments and assist in developing appropriate care plans.
Provide psychoeducation regarding mental health conditions, treatment and medication adherence.
Support patients with coping strategies, social and occupational rehabilitation, and follow-up care.
Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists and other members of the clinical team.
Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and follow-up records.
Assist in community outreach and mental-health awareness activities when required.
Qualification
MSW / MA Social Work with Psychiatric Social Work background preferred.
Candidates with relevant experience in psychiatric/mental-health settings will be preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
