Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain and support configuration management processes, standards, and controls across the ServiceNow workplace.
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configuration data, workflows, and operational support activities.
Manage CMDB data quality, relationships, completeness, compliance, and reconciliation across configuration items.
Support ServiceNow Discovery activities and investigate issues affecting discovery results, identification, and reconciliation.
Develop and review CMDB health dashboards, metrics, and reports to identify data quality risks and improvement opportunities.

Skills Required:
6 - 9 years of relevant experience in configuration management, ServiceNow, CMDB,



or IT service management.
Hands-on experience with configuration management processes and configuration item lifecycle management.
Solid experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an ITSM environment.
Practical expertise with CMDB structure, data quality, relationships, reconciliation, and health management.
Experience supporting ServiceNow administration, Discovery, dashboards, integrations, and platform maintenance activities.

Valuable to Have:
Stakeholder management and coordination experience across technology and service teams.

Education :
B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech dual degree.
