We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates.
Build and maintain a solid candidate database.

Required Skills:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and job requirements.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
