Electrical Engineer Intern (Automation & Instrumentation) | Full time conversion | Chennai

We build high-temperature equipment in Chennai, and we're looking for an electrical engineer who wants to learn automation the hands-on way: on the shop floor, at client sites, with real machines.

This is a 6-month paid internship that leads to a full time role at up to ₹25,000 a month. Do well and the permanent position is yours. We're not hiring interns for cheap labour; we're hiring someone we want to keep.

What you'll work on

You'll start alongside our engineers on PLC and HMI programming, picking up ladder logic and troubleshooting on live systems. Before long you'll be on site helping install and commission our equipment, configuring instruments and controls to spec, and figuring out why something isn't behaving the way it should.

You'll also handle testing and preventive maintenance, and keep our technical documentation in order: wiring diagrams, panel layouts, test reports. It's not glamorous, but it's how you really learn a system.





Along the way you'll get exposure to SCADA, industrial protocols, panel design, sensor calibration and power distribution.

You'll fit in if you
Have a degree or diploma in EEE, EIE or a related field (freshers welcome)
Know the basics of PLCs, sensors, actuators and electrical circuits
Have written some ladder logic, even in college projects (LabVIEW is a bonus)
Like solving problems with your hands, not just on paper
Can explain clearly what you did and why
Are happy to travel for site installations

Stipend of ₹10,000 per month during the 6-month internship
Full time offer at ₹20,000 per month on successful completion
Accommodation provided if you're relocating to Chennai, or ₹5,000 added to your monthly pay if you don't need it
