Role Description This full time, in office role in Maharashtra, India involves handling domestic and international sales calls for existing and potential customers. Team members will engage with prospects, explain product offerings, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads across different regions and time zones.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating CRM or sales records, coordinating with the sales and logistics teams, and supporting order processing and documentation. The role also involves relationship building, gathering market feedback,



and assisting with resolving customer concerns to support sales targets and overall business growth. Tele callers will collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent communication standards and a qualified experience for every customer interaction.
