About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Support Executive Intern to join our team. This is an opportunity for students, fresh graduates, and aspiring customer support professionals to gain hands-on experience in customer communication and support operations.

You will work closely with our team and gain practical experience in handling customer queries, follow-ups, issue resolution, and day-to-day customer support activities.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, chats, or other communication channels
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance
Handle customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
Follow up with customers when required
Assist in resolving customer issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team
Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
Complete assigned support tasks within given timelines

Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills




Positive English-speaking skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers
Basic computer knowledge
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Positive and customer-friendly attitude
