Calculate Machining Times: Compute machining times for turning operations using cutting length, spindle speed, and feed rate.
Select Cutting Parameters: Determine cutting speed, depth of cut, and feed rates based on material and tool geometry.
Analyze Non-Cutting Time: Account for tool-change time, rapid movements, and loading/unloading.
Cost Estimation & Quotation: Provide accurate cycle time estimates for costing and quotations.
Process Optimization: Optimize tool paths and machining processes to reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
Salary: 6 Lakhs and above yearly
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
