Role Description The Deputy Sales Manager – Real Estate internship role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily sales activities, including assisting with property presentations, coordinating client visits, and following up on leads.

The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, preparing basic sales reports, and supporting senior sales managers with proposals and documentation. The intern will also gather market information, help update listings and promotional materials,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications
Foundational understanding of sales principles, especially in real estate, with interest in client relationship management and lead follow-up.
Basic proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) to prepare reports and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and work effectively in a rapid-paced, in office workplace.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
