About the Role

We are looking for a practical and hands-on Installation Engineer to independently manage installation, wiring, programming, commissioning, and service of gate automation and ELV systems.

Key Responsibilities
Install and commission sliding/swing gate motors, boom barriers, rolling shutters, turnstiles, and related systems.
Handle electrical/control wiring, mounting, mechanical assembly, and system integration.
Integrate biometric, RFID, keypad, intercom, CCTV, and access-control systems.
Program control boards, remotes, limit switches, safety sensors, and automation settings.
Supervise conduit layout and site readiness before flooring/paving work.
Perform cable routing, termination, continuity testing, and troubleshooting.
Attend breakdowns,



diagnose PCB/mechanical issues, and perform preventive maintenance.
Prepare daily site progress reports, checklists, and material/inventory updates.
Guide junior technicians/helpers and provide client handover training.

Requirements
2–5+ years relevant field experience in Gate Automation, ELV, Access Control, or similar systems.
ITI Electrician/Fitter candidates with strong practical experience are welcome.
Good understanding of electrical wiring, control systems, and basic technical drawings.
Solid troubleshooting and commissioning skills.
Personal Bike/Scooter + Valid Driving Licence mandatory.
Willingness to travel for local and outstation projects.
