Role Description The Event Planner role at Hashtag Event Organisers is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

The Event

Planner will coordinate end-to-end event planning, including concept development, venue selection, vendor management, and timeline creation. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their requirements, preparing proposals and budgets, managing bookings, and overseeing logistics before, during, and after events. The role involves supervising on-site event execution, ensuring high-quality service delivery, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining explicit communication with clients, vendors,



and internal team members.

The Event

Planner will also contribute to sales activities by supporting client outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills for end-to-end coordination of diverse events.
Candidates should possess solid Budgeting and Sales skills to prepare cost-effective proposals, manage expenses, and support revenue generation.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members with clarity and professionalism.
Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and remain composed in fast-paced, high-pressure event settings.
