Responsibilities

Delphin Energy Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of solar water pumps and solar street lighting solutions, is hiring an Online Service Engineer to provide remote/VC-based technical support. The role focuses on guiding customers online for installation, troubleshooting, and technical issues, while ensuring smooth operations of our solar systems. Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical support via video calls, phone, and online platforms.
Guide customers in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of solar pumps and street lights.
Diagnose issues related to PCB, VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), and Pump systems.
Maintain service records and create technical reports.
Coordinate with the on-field team when required.




Provide online training and product demonstrations to customers. Ensure high customer satisfaction with quick resolution. Requirements:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
Hands-on knowledge of PCB, VFD, and Pump systems.
Positive understanding of solar systems and electrical circuits.
Solid communication skills (English, Hindi; regional language is a plus).
Familiar with video conferencing tools (video call).
Experienced Candidates in Solar or Renewable Energy Preferred
