Job Title: Franchise Operations & Backend Support Executive

Location: Surat

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Industry: Automotive Detailing & Premium Car Care Franchise

Role Overview: This role requires solid administrative skills and high accuracy in coordinating with upcoming franchise partners PAN India and the internal headquarters team to ensure smooth franchise launches

Key Responsibilities
Draft and finalize LOI (Letter of Intent) documents and agreements with franchise partners
Handle all pre-launch activities, ensuring timely coordination and execution
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and franchise partners until the successful launch of the franchise.
Collaborate with the accounts team to reconcile and settle franchisee accounts
Facilitate internal team coordination,



including organizing and leading weekly meetings to ensure alignment on pre-launch tasks

Qualifications & Skills:
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting and account reconciliation processes
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and a proactive mind-set to handle challenges effectively
Proficient with emails, google searches and all basic office softwares

Must Have: At least 1 year of experience in administration and back office work, with proficiency in handling documentation and agreements Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
