About the role

You will grow government and public-sector business by identifying opportunities, building stakeholder relationships and coordinating compliant, persuasive bids across technical and commercial teams.

What you will do
Track opportunities across GeM and government e-procurement portals.
Qualify leads and manage the bid calendar, compliance matrix and submissions.
Coordinate technical, commercial and legal inputs for RFP responses.
Maintain CRM forecasts and relationships across departments, partners and agencies.

Eligibility and education
Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or a related field; an MBA is practical but not mandatory.
Three or more years in government, enterprise IT or solution sales.
Evidence of participating in tenders, empanelments or complex institutional sales cycles.

Required skills
Government procurement, GeM, e-tendering and bid documentation.
Consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder management.
Strong written proposals,



presentation skills and CRM discipline.

Valuable to have
Existing relationships across state or central government IT ecosystems.
Experience selling software, cloud, cybersecurity or managed services.
