Job Summary

CIEL HR Services is hiring a Nurse Supervisor for a healthcare prospect in Navi Mumbai. The role involves supervising field nursing operations, managing a team of approximately 30 field nurses, allocating duties, monitoring service delivery, and handling escalations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of approximately 30 field nurses.
Allocate daily duties and manage nursing schedules.
Monitor field nursing activities and ensure smooth operations.
Handle patient/service-related escalations and coordinate timely resolutions.




Track team performance and maintain operational records.
Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to nursing standards, protocols, and organizational processes.
Support and guide nursing staff in day-to-day activities.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and Excel, particularly for data tracking.
Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
7 – ₹9 LPA
Travel allowance as applicable

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
